Terms and Conditions
- Our products are handmade and this may result in slight variations, however we aim to provide identical products.
- Pictures representing the colour of the garment may not be the exact representation of the actual colour since monitor settings, lighting and photography all play a role. We therefore cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen accurately resembles the product in real life. MiBella Bridesmaids will not be held responsible for wrong colours ordered. We do take measures to ensure that the colour swatches are the best possible match for the actual fabric. Please inform us if you are particular about a specific colour match so that we can courier swatches to you at an additional cost.
- MiBella Bridesmaids do not have control over the fabric quality or defects that may occur in the fabric as we source this from suppliers. We however do check for any imperfections before sewing the final product.
- Since we source our fabrics from suppliers that import their products, we cannot be held liable for fabric going out of stock. If we run out of stock of your chosen fabric, we will glady discuss alternatives.
- Please wash the garment separately before the first use as it may give off some colour onto other garments. The actual fabric will however not change colour if the washing instructions are followed.
- Orders can take up to 8 weeks to prepare. If your wedding or event is less than 8 weeks from the order date, we can not be held liable if your time constraints were not communicated with us at time of ordering.
- No change can be made to an order once the production has started. Please notify us via email as early as possible if you wish to make any change to your order.
- Only payments made on the website through the Yoco portal or direct EFT (that is correctly referenced) into our bank account will be accepted.
- The order will only be dispatched once the payment reflects in our bank account.
- We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges since dresses are made to order. Please check your invoice to ensure that the order was placed correctly, since the item/s will be made according to this.
- We will replace or repair any products that are faulty as a result of our operations, but only if you inform us of this within 14 days of receipt.
- We do not take responsibility for damage to any garment due to not following the care instructions. Please follow the care instructions provided with garment diligently.
- Due to the fact that our dresses are made to order, we will impose a cancelation fee of 50% of the order amount if the order is cancelled before production started.
- If cancelled after production has started, we cannot refund you for any portion of order.
- We are not liable for incorrect delivery information provided with orders. Please ensure that you give the correct details and specifications on the order form. It is best to courier all dresses of the same bridal party to one address, whereafter it can be further distributed to each individual. If this is not possible, we will happily arrange the extra delivery/ies at an additional cost.
- We will not be held liable for theft or loss of packages. Once we dispatched the order, the courier should be held responsible for any damage or loss while the package is in their custody.
- We only allow for delivery through our designed courier and no deviations to this process will be facilitated.
- The estimated time for delivery is 2 to 3 working days from you receiving a confirmation of dispatch email.
- Unfortunately we do not offer an alteration service, however, dresses can easily be altered at any alteration seamstress of your choice, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs in this process. We design our dresses to ensure minimal alterations as the fabric is stretchy and designed to take on the shape of your body. Please ensure that your measurements are reflected accurately on the order – we will gladly assist with any enquiries about sizes
